Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoons red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add all the spices to a small mixing bowl.
    Stir thoroughly until the seasonings are evenly combined and no clumps remain.
    Taste and adjust the spice level if desired.
    Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight spice jar or container.
    Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
